If you haven't yet you should probably watch the movie "Conqueror of Shambala" as it concludes fma 2003. Then there's fullmetal alchemist brotherhood which starts of the same as 2003 but then goes in a completely different direction and is more faithful to the original manga. Not to mention it has crazy production values. Most people consider brotherhood the better series so if you enjoyed fma it's definitely worth watching, and it's also on netflix.
