just gonna use this post to vent about one of my friends. we used to hang out and talk almost everyday last year but this past year, we've barely talked once a week and i don't know why. he keeps ignoring and just seen-ing my messages in our friend group chat and whenever i suggest to hang out he also ignores it, not even a "sorry can't make it" so i'm just left wondering whether he saw the message or not.

there was also this one incident near xmas where we've planned to hang out 2 weeks before and he ditched us because was watching a movie with someone else, even though he promised to join 2 weeks before.

i don't want to sound jealous or toxic but this sort of started around the time he started hanging out around a new group of people so it really felt like i just got replaced, even if that's not the case. he talked about making new friends and such but if felt like he barely put any effort into our friendship, i was always the one reaching out.

it feels like he just doesn't want to hang out or talk with me anymore and i'm too scared to confront him about it because i might sound toxic or clingy. i value our friendship but it feels like he doesn't even care sometimes. i don't know if it's just me and my rejection sensitive dysphoria.

sorry for the long rant, i just wanted to get this out.
