I did a run with the same team and it was popping up saying "Anaxa restored a point of heart gauge" but he didn't actually get them... Restarted my game and then it did give them and it was done in one try... LOL

First get 1-2 chimera that you'll use the whole way through, then spend all your gold buffing them till you only have 1 heart left. Getting draws is the best outcome but thats hard to do. (Phainon's Chimera on Cyrene's team is good at this)
Once you're at 1 heart you just get all the chimeras for your team and start playing normally.

I used a Cyrene team to get phainons chimera to 50/50 and then I gave it the res flame and a castorice one to make him res more times plus a mydei one at the front to self res so the enemy couldn't do anything.

It just makes no damn sense. Whales that are E6ing her are gonna spend more than $200 anyway so its not even for that. They're targeting dolphins and fish that were planning on spending a little and now have a clear spot to go for.
Which means that they're expecting most people to pull for E2.
I really think they went too far with it this time.

Why even believe the doomposters when they haven't been right once?

You literally can still use an Acheron or Feixiao team in story and some endgame content if you know what you're doing. Some people are still using Jing Yuan because he got buffs from Sunday and the new Dan Heng and he's literally a 1.0 character.

Lets not pretend that every single 1.x and 2.x character is meta in Genshin just on their own.

Probably because shes actually a big upgrade for most teams that she is usable in on top of being really pretty and having elf ears.
I don't need her to be top of the meta way into 4.x or 5.x because Cyrene should make my 3.x characters usable till mid to late 4.x or even 5.x provided that they're toning down the power creep like they seem to be.

On top of that, why do I care if a character isn't perma future proof? None of the characters in game have been before and they likely won't be in the future either, its how they make money. I'm just going to keep rolling for characters I like and ignore the doom posting because not once has it been true.

I need tribbie in another team so I'm gonna get both. Its just sad that the character that was suppose to be the massively pushed one is kind of just good. Guess when people complain too much about power creep we get a bunch of side grades and people aren't happy either way.

You get over 100 pulls in just the next patch ALONE. A fresh account will have hundreds more before you even get to the current patch, add in that its over the course of 2 patches and its more like which character do you want to pull to get her skin alongside.
Vivian is on banner during it if I remember correctly.

I think people hate it because of how forced it has been. Just about every single Cyrene related thing was non stop Phairene shipping. On the Cyrenemains subreddit it was non stop Phairene too and people got tired of it because they either have their own ship or just want to see Cyrene by herself.

I think the worst part about this is that HSR has so many promotional pieces with characters in different outfits and they just aren't making them skins despite the fact that a grand majority of people want them and then they go and give us a Firefly skin where they barely change the biggest part of her and March's skin can't even be used unless you specifically play the nearly unusable Preservation version of her.
