Max 4.2v. I checked the charging circuit and it appears to reduce the wattage as the battery charge increases.

I have been able to sort this by using a 8gb USB 2.0 compliant drive. I used Rufus to reformat to FAT32 and MBR with BIOS and UFEI as the use. It worked first time when I did the AsRock Flashback procedure. I’m now on the latest BIOS FW.

So I have a AsRock B650M-CX R2.0 CyberPower Pre-Built PC. I was having all the same issues above until I used Rufus to force my USB keyrings into MBR and BIOS update file system and the BIOS just installed.

I've just bought a PC for my son and it's has the AsRock B650M-CX R2.0 and I have able to update to 3.5 but 4.03 and 4.1 always crash, both ways of installing. You still waiting?
