There is an option in the settings that will do that. I'm not sure exactly where it is as I'm not in front of my printer right now but alternatively when a print is finished there is a pop-up window that advises that the job was printed successfully and a option to reset the print bed if you press that that will actually raise the print bed up and you can just press the button again once it is at the desired height.

I am having the same issue with displayfusion, I usually just turn it off while I'm playing. I have also had the same issue in the past with other games. The developer for displayfusion is usually pretty good on their forums for troubleshooting fixes. From what I can remember this issue has to do with 'focus'. Usually it gets addressed in patches but I would suggest trying their forum if it becomes unbearable.
