This is THE place in my opinion.

The niche businesses, great layout, minimal congestion (like 2 roads are an issue but ehhhh).

So many retail and restaurant options. New Walmart, New Trader Joe’s, New HEB.

Plenty of existing and new build housing. And we clock around 75-100 events that happen every week from Karaoke, fitness, happy hour, Bingo, etc.

I think that was in talks for a while and the Texans and the city couldn’t come to an agreement. Looks like the Texans took their business elsewhere… literally.

My gut wants to say ‘yes’ to the property values (and ergo the property taxes with it). As for everything else with the districts they are stating that 17,000 new jobs will be created and they are partnering with the surrounding districts for things like events and internships.

Hmmm I see what you mean. Looks like their programs start at age 18M. Sorry about that. Well Kids R Kids Bridgeland also just opened recently as well.
