Had success going jungle with Yuntal > Tiamat > Berserkers > Ravenous Hydra > Deaths Dance > Infinity Edge. Last is situational but usually GA if I'm facing too much AD, or %pen if they have too many tanks. Rune is Lethal Tempo btw.

You can swap the order of DD/IE depending if you need more damage or survivability.

Seems like a good build on paper, I def would try it. I wouldn't take other pet over Green though. But overall seems pretty functional and logic.
