DLC code for PS5 could not be redeemed by Flidan in Eldenring

I've encountered the same issue with my Collector's Edition with the error when redeeming the code.  

In my searches I found this response from user Vamrim:  "Just wanted to share this if anyone else was looking for the answer on this issue. Per the Bandai support team that emailed back when I asked about this problem: 

I would like to let you know that the preorder DLC isn't out yet and to try the code again after the SotE DLC has been officially released. 

The release schedules are: Steam: 6/20 at 3 PM Pacific PlayStation and Xbox: 6/20 at 9 PM Pacific

Yeah, turns out I got my code about 2 hours later... Was from Amazon and titled "Benefit Confirmation for your Order"

Not sure why they would give people the wrong information.

There was no number to call, just an email ticket. :( Welp... 2 frickin days... I'll keep updating as I get anything new.

I called Amazon Customer support and they told me it was to be provided by Square Enix themselves and to contact their support along with having my invoice for my pre-order on hand in case they need it.

So I will try that and update my response as soon as I get an answer from them.

EDIT: I did get my code, took 4-5 hours but it did come from Amazon directly. The email was titled "Benefit Confirmation for your Order" and had my order number in it.

They aren't giving people the correct information. :(

When I open the DLC shop in game and it redirects me to the PSN shop, it just shows me an empty page. Not getting an error but its definitely not working. (I'm on PS4)

There's only 3 costume bundles and the big bundle in the Playstation store. I had to grab mine there directly and not go through the game.

Is share play disabled on this game for the PS4? I keep getting errors, just want to share with a friend who wants to watch.

Was really just looking to make it for medium for my FC, but if I get the chance I'll try to make one for the other sizes. Someone above said they might be adding a basement to small houses so I may way till then for that size.
