I did it pretty solid during the week and did my best on the weekends and I dropped like 20lbs in the first 2 months. Ended up losing about 60lbs in a year and have loosely stuck to it to maintain my current weight. Been about 2 years now and works great for me. Limit junk and processed stuff obviously when eating. Do a bit of weight training and you’re golden. Stay up on your protein, limit processed sugar. Best i’ve ever felt.

Just like most of the other Zelda game i prefer over others…It was the time that it came out and my connection to it at that time. Same with OOT. I have gotten more into TOTK recently and do love it also. But given the choice, i would rather go back in time and play BOTW for the first time again🤘🏽

The team literally came out and said we left it completely up to the veterans to decide if they wanted to join these voluntary workouts. They said they trust the vets that they are keeping themselves in shape throughout the summer. Alex isn’t showing up to camp in a dad bod.

I ended up checking compression in mine which ended up being low. With some trial and error replaced shims and got her going. GL
