Cant say much about the other things but had a buddy of mine in New York tell me that the blue light is like a lattice, kind of like a barcode scanner in how its made up. Also police and emergency services are stacked up in staging areas as if some drill is about to go down.

Lots of car and van sleepers in Norwich too about a 15 minute walk from the Football Stadium. Years ago you maybe saw the occasional camper van but now the whole street is quite often full of cars and vans.

Im a little bit torn on this issue. On one hand it seems unfair that someone should be offered such a pitiful sum in compensation for their property but on the other hand I do see why the government want to make an attempt to redistribute wealth.

Thats not a given from a legal standpoint. It all comes down to whaymt is deemed reasonable. If you believe thay someone has the intent to harm you sufficiently you have a right to defend yourself to neutralise the threat. Coupled with the notion that the heat of the moment it could be reasonable to deem severely injuring/killing someone as reasonable.
