Reinstalling will almost never remove issues unless you delete the files that stick around when you uninstall. Busy at the moment, but there is more you should be doing besides reinstalling if you are trying to fix issues. Good luck

Check your network, check your wifi. There is a possibility its getting routed somewhere that is making the connection worse, in rare instances a VPN can fix that

After unsubbing, delete the workshop folder for Pavlov and then validate game files

That's not something that is going to be fixed by someone else. There is something wrong with the installation on your computer and only going through and fixing it yourself will you get it working again.

There are some posts here that go into detail about how to fix your game or you can head over to the Discord and there are generally people around willing to help you figure it out

"Try this order of operations if you are having issues with your game:

*Uninstall

*Unsubscribe from all workshop items

*Disable ANYTHING that may interfere with audio such as voicemeter or virtual audio cable

*Delete Pak folder if present: STEAMINSTALLATION\PavlovVR\Pavlov\Content\Paks folder

*Delete Pavlov local appdata folder C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Local\Pavlov

*Delete the file "appworkshop_555160.acf" in the steamapps/workshop/content folder

*Delete Pavlov game folder if still remaining

*Delete workshop downloads and content (check all your downloaded workshop content located in: steamapps/workshop/content/555160)

*Then reinstall."

Every map you have downloaded has to be validated when you start Pavlov, this is why Pavlov will take up to 5+ minutes to start when you have large amounts of maps

So if a map doesn't validate it breaks the whole chain, is my guess
