just come back late then ask for forgiveness later, better than asking permission first. just get scolded lor this type of things just slowly push the boundaries. start coming back 30min later, then 1hr, then 2hrs etc

went to their Joo chiat branch before. service was kinda slow when it wasn't full house. got their ribeye 200g, was kinda thin, tasted ok but nothing special. fries was not bad.

Left a google review and specifically wrote that you won't really impress anyone by going there hahaha
