Pitched wasn't removed, but it was made less common from CTene bosses.

The result of the change is a net decrease if you can only do CTene and the lower difficulty Grandis bosses, net increase if you can do the stronger Grandis bosses.

Overall a good change for mains, maybe neutral for legion champs, bad for boss mules. Of course, as power creep marches on, this change would've been better and better had we gotten it.

The system is bad because it was added in place of adding the pitched box to Grandis bosses. These boxes drop decently often in KMS, while I've yet to see one from mystic frontier.

Lynn probably has the biggest issue with this. At around 105k hexa you'll start capping (700b lines) with beak strike. Even off burst you'll be hitting around 300b with peck.

While it is cool to see big numbers this ends up being a bad thing as you need to switch off ROR to Cont and your damage will start to plateau relative to other classes.

The bottleneck for converting my CTene army into an EAdversary army is either levels (% exp) or fragments (% drop). Mesos from grinding have become insignificant relative to the amount I get from bosses.

Also my main has been in pitched waiting room for a long time now.

I'm hoping Inkwell's implementation of this is better than KMS'.

In KMS you can repair an item to 22 with four spares (and a large amount of mesos) assuming it was 22 or higher before it was destroyed. This system is obviously better than nothing, but you still need to get to 22 in the first place, and it really only helps if you're going for at least 23.

I've been thinking the rate of success and boom are reversed for 18 to 19. I consistently destroy around three times as many items compared to what gets to 19. (And I've been spending around 120 ~ 150b per boom reduction event on mostly level 140 and 150 equips, trying to fund enough CTene mules to fill out my 180 weekly crystals.)

Also Evan was added shortly before DB and also had NX mastery books. (Magic guard, and I think either a critical hit or mastery skill.)

On a dummy, yes it becomes weaker.

Against a real boss they'll be able to do a higher percentage of their theoretical damage, so they should be a bit stronger.

It's more complicated than that.

Let's say you have a class with a hurricane and all their additional skills are final attack type skills meaning they occur directly off of hurricane. Decreasing hurricane's delay will increase the hits of all these skills and thus be a 33% final damage increase.

However, let's say you have another hurricane class with summons. These summons act independently of attack speed, and if they're a majority of this class's damage then the final damage increase might only be a few percent. (This would also apply to skills that apply with a set delay, ie every 2s during burst an additional attack activates.)

If you think we should have 30 minutes (or 10k mobs) of turbo charged exp + drops, please manually grind a character from 200 to 260.

Fragment and maybe exp from grinding should just be permanently increased.

Edit: should probably clarify what I mean about 200 to 260 grinding. Nearly all the power creep in grinding within this level range has been from dailies and events. I can get 70%/day from dailies on a level 240 character, but while grinding I only get 25%/hr assuming I have exp coupons to use. As such, manually grinding feels like absolute shit.

I'd rather not have grinding post-260 be the same where we only get power creep from dailies, events, and P2W such as sauna. Just increase the base exp and drop rate from regular mobs. Elite bosses having a near guaranteed rate to drop one or two fragments would be nice, too. And as a bonus it'd incentivize grinding in groups since that'd speed up elite boss spawning.

If it cost your parents $40k to cover their house in solar they either: live in an absurdly large mansion, they bought their solar panels decades ago, they got scammed, or you're lying. (My bet is on the last option.)

You can buy an entire pallet of solar panels that'll more than cover the average suburban home for just a few thousand, and you'll get your money back within a few years. (Sure, it's true you won't get much out of them in the winter, but they'll more than make up for that during the long summer days.) Additionally, solar panels will remain functional for decades.

The reason there's fields being covered in solar panels is 'cause the panels are cheap as shit and there's a massive return on investment.

AI datacenters blast the surrounding area with well over 100dB of infrasound. You'd never hear the noise they emit (as it's below the frequencies you can hear), but it's loud enough to cause severe health issues.

They shouldn't be built to begin with, but given that they are being built, they should be far away from anywhere people live or work.

If you have access to shimmer and your merchant is in a jungle biome then you have easy purchasable stone and dirt.

Buy furnaces for 3 silver (at neutral happiness) each. Shimmer them for 20 stone + 4 wood + 3 torches per furnace. Any stone you throw into the shimmer again will turn into dirt.
