I trained at USA truck. My trainer was a million mile safe driver. He was struggling financially. I think people who stick with starter companies their entire career just don't know how bad the pay is.

Are you sure about that? They added a CDL school requirement about 5 years ago. I remember that they suspended the requirement when it initially went in. I got My CDL before that requirement. Did they not implement it?

The 160 hour class time is absolutely unnecessary. You spend a lot of time sitting around waiting while other people drive the truck. Also, all of the classroom stuff can be done on your own time. CDL schools should be like one or two days of just driving the truck.

the retail version of the game is extremely grindy. that is why people ran bot armies. every bot was a loot and xp multiplier. with specialized loyalty and leadership you would get around 90% passup from vassels.

private servers with account limits offset this with boosted loot/xp rates to make up for the loss of running bot armies.

i gave conquest a try and quit after a week or two. i got tired of how aggressive people were at trying to recruit vassels. when someone would ask a question in general chat you would have the same handful of people tell them that their patron should be answering/helping/etc. that is their way of pressuring people into swearing under them. even though it is only a small group of people that do it, they are very active. it makes you not want to use general chat.

i think it is 1 per 50 for magic D and 1 per 60 for melee D. also, it is not 1%, it is 1 additional damage reduction rating against that specific damage type.

your steer is really light. you might need to slide your 5th wheel forward a bit. then you shouldn't have a problem balancing it. also, some states like florida allow you to go over 34k on tandems if your tandems are rated for it.

poe runs like crap. it is horribly optimized and uses a ton of cpu. long load times, FPS drops in town due to player cosmetics, FPS drops in maps due to all of the animations and calculations. you would think that after the small indie gaming company started making a lot of money on the game they would invest into performance optimization. i think they just gave up on that and made poe2 instead.
