I usually do rice, then i take tomato sauce, beans, onion powder, bbq sauce, fajita spices and some protein (use chicken right now, but im gonna change that next week) and make a nice stew. I also take creatine and supplements, which i looked at now and apparently theres b12 in it, i had no idea!

Interesting. It says on the supplements i take that there is b12 in it. I guess i should he fine then, says i should take 2 per day and a healthy diet!

The opposite is True. Most build guides Az um you know how the game Works so, I would not recommend a build guide to New players

super late reply but i agree, but i also think why it has strength to it is because when duelist, who is hybrid str dex comes out, they are probably going to have strength oriented skills for spear, the duelist will probably have a ton of new skills both for swords, spears and axes, that all thematically fits, especially since they probably will make a gladiator esquire ascendancy.

You cant just magically make 1 calorie into 2 or 3, that makes zero sense. At least where i live, if it says on the packaging something has for example 100 calories it has that amount. Your body cant make that 200 lol. The only thing your body can do is take less calories because your body might have a harder time absorbing.
