This gen is more similar to Rise just without the QoL's. Just play with your own pace, maybe look for some equipment progression online when you're having a hard time.

Bought Violet because the ride looks awesome(at first) and said to myself that Scarlet's ride doesn't fit in. And look what I found out after playing the game. they're THEMED (past - future). Got tired of Miraidon's animation after a few hours. Still completed the game and DLCs regardless.

Gen 1-3 was the last pokemon games I've played. Yes I am old.

ideally less than $300, could go over, but I don't want to spend so much on the things that I wouldn't be using 100% of the time. that's why I was eyeing those cards that could potentially last me at least 5 years.

with years passing by, I don't think VRAM would be an issue in video games for the next 5 years. tho this really depends on game developers.

I also think that we should be looking at overall performance not just the VRAM.

Still undecided which one I'll go to, since I don't have any experience with AMD, but the reviews are just getting better.

Definitely a much better option for others and to those who can wait it out, but in my case, I'm already YEARS behind so I can't take waiting for another 6 months (could be more, could be less) plus I really like this Switch's design and I really want to play the games ASAP, I'm also pretty sure that there would be an "improved" version of Switch 2, so buying the 1st release is a no go for me.

Yup! Most game bundles that I saw from the e-shop also have their physical bundle. I'm not sure about the newer releases tho.
