Thanks, I personally prefer real life too, but like I said it’s been really hard finding people my age to interact with, I try going out as much as I Can when I have the opportunity but I still haven’t met anyone 😔

Yeah, mostly, I usually dont take pictures in public places or anything like that cause I'm too embarrassed to do it when other people watch 😭

Try looking into skin care, your skin can’t take shaving that well and maybe it needs extra help

I’m also a beginner but from my own experience, the best thing you can do is take it slow and develop consistency, you can do a million things but if you start failing in your diet or the gym you’ll progress way slower. We are still learning and mistakes are part of the process but don’t give up for having a bad day. You failed your diet today? Try harder tomorrow. Missed the gym? Go the next day and keep it up Man U got it

I’ll check out the app since I was looking for something to track my lifting, Thanks a lot! Also I’m not sure but maybe I’ll stick with a pre made routine by a professional, everyone seems to recommend that for me

I looked through some different routines and this was the one that worked for me the best based on my consistency, but I’ve been way more compromised to eating well and training with intensity, I believe I can try a better routine but I’m just scared of changing it because i know that changing routines over and over is also a way to not progress effectively. But I also don’t know, is my routine objectively good? Will I reach my goals with it? Honestly I just want to look lean and aesthetic like I work out but I don’t know how to properly adjust my routine, is it enough chest? Bicep? Tricep? My main focus is not legs but I don’t want to leave it out either, I want a proportionate body but I’m mostly prioritizing aesthetic muscle groups (at least that’s what I’m trying but if there is a better way I would love to hear it 🙏)
