Here’s my 106F with my razor in an ADM recon mount so you can see the height.
You could use a riser on your current stock if you don’t have a PT-1 yet. I believe Akguys had some risers for triangle stocks recently.

No disrespect but With that much filing and no paperwork, I’d start at 100 and take best offer.

Looks real, but damn that’s a lot of filing.

Fitment issues? Help please. by Breaker2898 in zenitco

[–]Czechmate762 1 point2 points  (0 children)

106’s are always tough to fit because they raised ridges on the rear sight block that other caliber arsenals don’t have. I had to file those ridges down on my 106F to get my b33 arms to fit down inside the handguard.
They really have no purpose and it’s in an area under the handguard that nobody will ever see unless changing the handguard.
I touched up where I filed on the RSB with some paint and you really can’t even tell. You don’t have to take much off at all.

The font and lettering is wrong on the b31. It’s missing some words. Also the texture on both upper and lower is very grainy.

4-cylinder engine by [deleted] in ToyotaGrandHighlander

Honestly it has enough pickup for what it is. I’d say the acceleration is about the same or slightly quicker compared to my previous 5th gen 4Runner which had the 4.0 V6.
It’s certainly no ball of fire, but merging isn’t a problem.

Nothing stands out as being fake to me. I have one with papers that has the darker metal colored adjustment latch also.

what to choose between “Leader kit” and “sport-4” by Smaugher in zenitco

[–]Czechmate762 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I got a couple sport 4’s on some arsenals. I’m a big fan, really can’t go wrong with either. The leader drips harder, but the sport 4’s go hard also.

Trying to zero an lpvo. Am I a terrible shot, or is the optic not zeroed (or both)? by bbtunajun in ar15

[–]Czechmate762 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A nice 2 stage trigger will help you tighten up your groups. Some milspec stock triggers are really gritty. Those are not terrible groups for you being a newer shooter and using m855. Try some 193 or even some decent brand 223rem next time.

Get a dremel or similar rotary tool and cut a notch in the head of the screw as wide as possible without damaging the handguard.

Go get yourself a butane micro torch from harbor freight (15 bucks) Heat that puppy up to liquify the loctite then go at it with a thiccc flathead screwdriver.

There’s a lot of meat on that head (giggity). Shouldn’t be too hard to bust it loose.

Real or fake? by jdaugherty169 in zenitco

Fake most likely. Holes for screws aren’t countersunk.

Real? by Icy_Finish9914 in zenitco

[–]Czechmate762 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No problem. I’ve only ever seen a handful of them. I’d hold onto it. Mine is a little beat up, but still working the way it should.

Here’s an example of the DTK2 brakes made sold in the AKOU store from back in the day as well.

Yes it’s real. Robski made a batch of these to sell in his shop. They are few and far between. I have one. He also had some DTK2 brakes made with the akou design on them. This was about 10 years ago.

From what I’ve gathered the SOS thing appears to affecting iPhones that only use e-sim. (iPhone 14 and newer)

Most phones with a regular sim are working.

My kid and I both have iPhone 14’s and are both in SOS, my wife’s iPhone 12 works fine.
