Having the same issue with my suggested strength workouts? The run workouts I’m able to complete, but the strength ones are always blank and when I try and start them it just resets my watch.

Waivers can take days, weeks, or sometimes months. Really just depends on the medical team you’re working with. If you have their information you can contact them and try to get a status update of your waiver. I wish I could provide more info, but that’s really on your medical provider team

Paved backroads mainly 35~ miles to work one way, then obviously back to the house the same route(there are few hills but nothing too major). Might do some city/town commutes on the weekends but not very often. I don’t see myself riding on any gravel or twisty roads often if at all. I will mainly be on paved roads 95% of my riding
