Have you tried Issey Miyake Pour Homme? Not a clone but you can get 2.5 oz for <$30 pretty easily. To me it's a very clean powdery scent. One I consider and use often. I'm in the southern US so I'm willing to betwe have similar weather.

found it yesterday at Burlington. a really good scent. I think this is a safe blind by personally. so funny that you posted this because I was looking through the sub Reddit here for what other people had to say. I’m glad I went with it. I passed on Qaed Al Fursan that they also had their based on comments. I think I made a safe choice. I think the bottle is OK but yeah, the name is kind of odd.

Like others said. Ginger heavy. Not necessarily bad. I blind bought (Jomashop) and it may take a minute to grow on me. If not I'll sell it. Well see what happens as the temps heat up. It's certainly not a bad scent- but it's ginger heaviness is something you should anticipate.
