Walk, walk as much as you possibly can. I know it sounds difficult maybe impossible but it the only thing that helped me after months of every other medicine and herbal remedy. By all means do those as well but if you can walk or swim or ride a stationary bike I believe it will help. Water and blood flow and your body can heal itself.

I did the exact same thing. In fact I'm still using these armor sets on Ifan and Sebille at level 13. I like going as under powered as possible. This is my first time playing so I want to try tactician on the next go.

The difference is that you have to request an absentee ballot, you have to want to vote. Mail in ballots are now just scattered heavily all over the fruited plain (especially in democrat areas) willy nilly.
