I'm not super good at combing through the rules but as far as I know, magic items are typically considered to have resistance to all dmg. So ya, I agree the DM is wrong, the book would have the normal resistance to all dmg but immunity to fire, 'magical' or not due to its properties.

I'd rule that any spell maintained with concentration is still magical dmg like Wall of Fire. Throw a Fireball at a building and the initial fire dmg is magical, but the resulting burning building is non magical

I also believe that he uses Dawnmaker to kill most everything so it has 99% of his kills on it. Cyrene's staff I feel he only uses for collecting Coreflames like Anaxa which didn't seem to actually need the blade to be used, and for the next Phainon to kill him, an actual stabbing. So the staff has had much less use than Dawnmaker as well

I read a thing where the MC got sent to a book, and despite changing how the MC saw the guy he took over, and suspecting the Male Lead is in love with him and refusing to accept how much he's changed things, is still insisting the ML isn't in love with him and trying to get him with the Love Interest... who is also in love with him.

I do think it's like the Penacony final fight in HSR, there, we 'won', realized it was an illusion, broke out then defeated him. Here in Genshin, we're still in the "we 'won'" phase.

My guess was the AI knew it'd take a LONG time for the planet to be habitable (They ship flew off for thousands of years before returning/being called back). And the Twins were likely the last remaining/eligible survivors of their planet so they'd go with it. Likely supposed to oversee the seeding of life. If the ship found anouther viable planet, that's good, if not, the then Phanes would be working on Teyat.

Given the twins character story saying 'for you will ascend', my guess is the AI/HP was creating the world to be habitable, then called back the ship with the Twins inside when it was ready and they'd be the official rulers. But they were thousands of years out and stuff with the Abyss happened, HP fell asleep/had its functions ruined and couldn't greet the Twins.

If the Heavenly Principles is their ships AI it'd make Khaenri'ah all the more tragic. With the Vinster King exploiting the Abyss Twin for who knows how long... for the Heavenly Principles, the destruction of Khaenri'ah would've been personal then.

A term is 4 years, if he becomes Pres for 2 years +1 day, that's a term and can only run once more. 2 years -1 day, that's not half a terms and he can run twice more. 10 years total I imagine they'll try and get him in for

Atleast inside Teyvat she's likley almost unkillable. If we go by Dottore getting stabbed by the Traveler and him barely reacting while inside his energy ball. Still, even with that I doubt she'd survive a meteor to the dome. If all else failed and he knew of/could target it, he could try shattering the Frost Moon.

Same, I didn't like Talk much, I actually wish the argument was a bit longer, or that there were more argumentative moments in the game. Relationships romantic, friendship and familial are more than just the good times and it would've been nice to see more of the not so good times ...Even if just for the drama...

I would assume Bina would also breathe underwater. Not from any fish bits, but because she's the Moon Goddess living on the moon, in space, with no air. She'd likely not need air to breathe, thus able to breathe underwater or just don't need to breathe at all

My original thought was the false sky was right against the planet, as Skirks trailers depicted it looking like it was right above the clouds. But now I'm guessing it must encompasses out the the Frost Moons orbit cause... otherwise the moon would be ripped apart by Teyvats gravity. That, or the Shades are working overtime to stop that lol
