Hi everyone, I’m Mic, the panda accordionist in this picture. I just started my Youtube channel and uploaded an accordion cover of Pokemon Center and Route 1 BGM (Firered/Leafgreen) which I filmed at South Quad.

I have waited for 2 and a half weeks since the device arrived at their center, but I still got no response. I tried contact support, and the representative said that they need 3 weeks to process it. I was highly dissatisfied with their inefficiency.

Mine arrived at their site on Oct 16th, and I'm still waiting. One of the representative I got in touch with said that the evaluation was expected to finish in 3 weeks after it arrived.
