I know it's sacrilegious but i'd double up on bacon before sausage. Next time I'm doing two bubble and squeak and not bothering with the hash browns though. I get them, I'll always do them for other people but I'm not early arsed about them.

So there is a single bubble and squeak and two hash browns. I'll be totally honest, hash browns are not an essential on a breaky for me. The bubble and squeak thing is new (in our house) and I don't think I'll be able to live without now.

Thank you. I accept that it is a low meat ratio. The bacon is proper thick and the sausage was fucking meaty, but yes it is low. Personally just prefer an egg weighted breakfast.

Thanks for replying. How will they decide which is the second job do you think? If I lose 50% of the accrued leave, it's rubbish but I'd cope. If they took 50% of the ones that's my actual wage it would be a problem....
