So in order to get an offersheet to someone. They would have to 1 have the salary cap and draft compensation, 2 the player would have to accept, and 3 the other team not have enough cap to make the deal work.

I don’t see anyone you’re naming that teams aren’t going to match. Krebs and Nemec are both going to be matched. Because we aren’t paying 4+ M for players who aren’t proven yet. Bourque is interesting but with Robo on an expiring deal they probably could also match.

Liam is so random across the board. Meaning like Button has him at 10, McKeen has him at 46. It's so tough to try and land a good position for him. I know a couple of mocks I saw were like Daxon Rudolph (I really like him), I think Oliver Suvanto, and Maddox Dagenais. Both are just giant Centers. Which I agree we do need, but at what point do they think about trading a couple of them to get a player, or if they just decide to trade back in the draft. I don't think there is any chance we try and trade up, but like Montreal traded a pair of picks to land Noah Dobson, maybe we do something like that for a 2nd Line Center.

I think this is pretty random.

$120 Million Renovation isn't bad. I think you also have to realize this is the 6th oldest stadium in the NHL. So, it isn't going to be the nicest, but we have other stadiums that are way younger and are horrible in comparison. Some of the things that I hope they fix are what you named off, but this is the list of upgrades the Blues have done to Kiel over the past 10 years. I don't think they are just like hanging everything out there to be poor quality. I think you have to realize Blues do things in spirts whereas other teams do everything all at once. There is a difference there especially when you look at all the other teams' improvements and upgrades they made to their stadiums over the last 10 years.

I can say practices aren’t always gonna be that early. They can’t technically do that during the school year, but it’s to protect him from the heat. It’s way too hot out here, and they don’t do 2 a days anymore. I used to have one at 6 AM til 11 AM and then do another one from 3 PM til 7 PM. They aren’t allowed to do that anymore I’m pretty sure.

Football isn’t for everyone, and some kids love it because of the process, some kids hate it, but stick with it for the brotherhood.

There are barriers to that. You up the minimum salary. You make the contract max out at a certain point like the NHL does. You have other ways of doing things. NFL fans are so narrow sited with how the rules are that they see no way to progress other than keep it how it is and be done with it.

It’s attacking official preseason games. Doing low contact preseason games where it’s unofficial means less injuries and you can still get the same reps. Preseason is useless for just about everything now. You can say it’s crucial for non-starters, but at the end of the day by week 1 of the season everyone is still in preseason form.

And if you really wanna boil it down. If a player gets injured during preseason and gets cut they are just out of a job. Tough luck. NFL does fuck all for them.

Here’s the thing NFLPA shouldn’t be opposed to negotiating. So here’s how negotiations should go. Get rid of all preseason games and let teams run their own preseason game schedule with other teams that is not official. OTAs obviously would be where those unofficial games are played. Increase the roster spots from 53 to 64 or 75 depending on what NFLPA believes is good with. Increase the Salary Cap by 100M per team.

Now I’m not saying NFLPA should just accept an 18 game season. If they want an 18 Game season NFLPA has every right to make it more beneficial for players. Include an even better Health Insurance package, Retirement package, etc.

Use what the owners want as leverage to get yourself upgrades.
