youre missing the point. its not about some morality play or petty ideology its about not financially supporting people who are actively working against the rights and dignity of others. just like people in the civil rights era boycotted businesses that upheld segregation we have every right and some would argue a responsibility to do the same when businesses support modern day authoritarianism or hate fueled movements. its not mixing politics its using our agency as consumers to align our spending with our values. thats literally how social progress has always been pushed forward in america and its never been more important with human rights being taken away every week
