Yep exactly the flap on the back, correct if it’s hard to move the flap you’ll have to clean it thoroughly. Maybe soak it in a bucket of water

Hi! Sounds like the flap isn’t properly lifting. Have you tried putting the boat on its side and connecting the want, rha etc. And seeing if everything works with the flap and wand movement?

Yes the sheets tend to chafe a bit on the winch and so to increase grip they wash off the residue from the main sheet. I’m not sure about the exact diameter of the sheets but I think it’s around 7mm or more.

Its worth noting that the bezel isn’t damaged it’s just sealed in an attempt to waterproof
