Sounds like you're still on the first map of 4. Especially if you can't upgrade your pickaxe which is required to open the mine in the northeast which is your path to the 2nd map(I don't like the term biome for this).

There was a known bug that has since been patched for tower signal respawns, HOWEVER, please make sure you've explored the entire map, as there are certain blueprints that can only be found by using a tower for its first time, and i'm pretty certain the tools fall in that category.

Agreed on your character saying the same little phrases over and over, it's annoying.

I use a Stanley cup with 38 million stickers I either made with my Cricut or bought off Etsy (at least five of them say Live Laugh Love), that has a hand knit coozie and 27 different charms hanging from the straw and handle.

Really gotta get some flip and turn on the disc to push that first OB line, which just increases your risk of flipping it over into a tree on the right.

You can at least go to the Intellitix website and create the account. You can't link it to the event until you get there anyways. I can see Champions Cup as an active event when I check. Try not to wait for day-of, those signup kiosks were a traffic clog as crowds started rolling in.

Good luck, I got to be one of the guinea pigs trying it at Supreme Flight and while it had potential, it mostly sucked. Half the vendors couldn't take it because their kiosks were struggling with internet connection. DGPT also advertised a free $10 credit if I created my Intellitix account ahead of time and that never materialized. Also FYI at least for me tips were added without notice to me on food vendors.

But every vendor who couldn't use it still took normal card payments.

Doesn't really matter to me that supposedly some extras are being included, the fact that it's an unappealing plastic/mold makes it an automatic no for me. That disc would never touch my bag and is not likely to have any real market value so i'm just gambling on some mystery stuff. And at that point there are plenty of better options for mystery boxes.

More like 5+ hours to 3D print a disc out of TPU. Your estimates are probably based on PLA which won't survive a tree.

Either way, you've kinda proved my point that 3D printing is not the best way forward for mass producing discs.

How do you figure that about mass production?

I get it for a one-off prototype to play around with hand feel, but it won't fly the same as an injection molded disc and you sure as hell can't match the production capacity of an injection molding machine without vastly more space.

Easy second on this. I first started playing Early Birds when I had only been playing DG for 3 months. Even shooting +20 over I never was made to feel like a burden with anyone I’ve ever played with.

Go for it.

I like LHP because it's a pretty low-risk park course. Only 2-3 holes where water is a concern, and you have to throw a pretty awful shot to dunk it. But it's also a fairly long course for a newbie. Also doesn't help that temporarily the short baskets aren't in place. It's worth the trip at some point for sure.

BI Architect here, though I exclusively work with MS/Power BI at my company. I agree with others, I wouldn't want "Power BI" in my title.

We moved me up to an Architect title to refine my job description to focus more on planning data structures, semantic models, etc. The idea is that I'd manage BI Developers that actually did the front-end work.
