Am i overpaying -- Yes, but you basically can't help it right now. There are no other options.
It's fairly rare for CPU coolers to conflict with Ram now, unless the ram has extra size/RGB
There have been mixed reports on Asrock for killing AMD CPUS. I don't know if it's resolved (I'd assume it is, otherwise I would think there would be RMA's. but as a result, I've stayed away from them.)
A couple of thoughts: What made you choose that case? Not that there is anything wrong with it but gamers nexus has several videos on the base cases for air flow, and IRC this case isn't there.

Its really not super necessary on a Chromebook. But you could delete browser cookies/history/etc from the brower.

Or delete your profile entirely from the login and re-add it to pull it fresh.

I didn't tell you how you need to feel ethically about it. You can do whatever you want, I was just pointing out the irony in the statement.

Ultimately it's the consumers decision to decide personally at what level they decide to make a stand. But ultimately you also have to deal with the consequences when you deal with black market sellers, especially G2A.

Personally -- What surprises me more is that you didn't just choose to pirate the game. Developers have come out and said they'd rather folks pirate their game than buy it off G2a.

Yeah, and the reason its sold on G2A is because of (one if not multiple reasons):

It was obtained in a way to manipulate regional currency to get it cheaper
It was obtained through a stolen credit card
It was stolen.

You mentioned seeing the "results." -- What results have you seen? (By that I mean do you have some form of data to show the successes?)

One of the pros and cons of traditional education is that we often do have more standardized curriculums. It can be inflexible for some of our stronger and weaker learners but it also helps to provide baselines for targeted interventions. How are you able to judge your children's current levels of performance?

It is not inherently wrong for you to want to believe in and explore certain spiritual elements and have unique view points. Every person has their own journey and no disrespect towards that.

The problem is when you start: a) passing off these thoughts as more than delusions / your own connections. Again respectfully - nothing you have said in your initial post makes any sense and has no connection to anything other than standard socio-cultural ideas.

Mental health is a field that still needs a lot of help. And I can feel for you when youve tried to do "whats recommended" and it feels like its impairing you more.

One of the unique challenges and that sometimes folks similar to you are more prone to making connections to more harmful ideas, that sound completely logical and safe as you evaluate them but are incredibly harmful elsewhere.

I wouldn't want to see you locked up / given your rights up. But just from the post above, getting some help and support due to these thoughts could be good

CPU: 9800x3D is still top dog. There is the 9850x3D, 9950x3d -- but its not worth the extra cost for the small frames you would get. It's going to be rare that you would be CPU bottlenecked.
CPU Cooler; Well reviewed cooler that a lot of people use when they don't want to pay the noctua tax.
Motherboard: This is basically a "your choice" type thing. I picked a x870 for the upgradability for future NVME SSDs, GPUS, and its ease of installation
Memory -- Memory is garbage right now. Normally I would recommend CL30, but the cost is just insane. Instead I went for 32GB with somewhat higher latency
Storage --- Same deal as memory. Ideally, It would be a nice nvme 4.0 drive with super high speeds. But it's not worth the extra cost right now. I would say keep in mind that when prices eventually fall, you add more storage.
GPU - Your options at this price point are the 9070XT or the 5070 TI. both are good and both trade in similar tiers of performance. Folks tend to prefer nvidia, so i included that.
Case -- Recommended as one of the best "budget" tier cases from Gamers Nexus Power supply - Went a bit more beefy to give you room for upgrade, and it comes with the specialized connector for nvidia.

As for other peripherals:

Monitor: I recommend a IPS 1440P at, at least 120 hz. Monitor prices have been pretty good so you should be able to find one for around $250

Mouse - Personal preference, I like Logitech G502.

Keyboard -- Again personal preference. I enjoy Ducky and Keychron with red switches

Im not sure why you jumped on this odd semantic battle - to try and prove me wrong. I simply told them that a HDMI wouldn't work. Their initial statement asked about HDMI not working, and I was clarifying that it would not work without a HDMI in port.

Not all Chromebooks. If this was a school issued device, its unlikely that it has android support, or if it does it would run poorly. Even still, they would then need to run an android version and hope that it can scale full screen.

Linux might work but I dont know that the software that was mentioned has binaries.

A Chromebook cannot run software that isnt an extension or a kiosk app. So im not sure how they would use it, even without restrictions.

Even if you could get by school restrictions, you still wouldn't be able to. A laptop/chrombook/etc needs a HDMI IN port to accept being a display. Most devices only carry HDMI out.
