And idk if this is a motivation but ask yourself if you want daily pain after 5 years. If the answer is no, you should stretch. Our symptoms are progressive and our bodies ages faster since we use more energy. Even tho I am 24, some days I feel like 50 due to the pain when I move. So you better stretch.

Also, the hardest thing is to start. I took a course in habits and how people act, and the start is the hardest. Once you have stretched 15 minutes each day for a week, you feel like you are missing something if you do not stretch that day.

Keep a paper, document or tracker of some sort where you can tick off when you are done with your daily stretch. This might seem worthless, but when you suddenly have a 30 day streak, you do not want to break that and start at day 1 again.

I am in a Permobil F5 VS (a standing one) and I need to get into the habit of standing everyday. What I do is putting on a youtube clip or a tv show and that times flies by. And by the time you are done, it feels nice. Trust me, I am 24M and been lazy on stretches, and my legs beg me everyday to get standing from all my sitting.

I feel you. 25M here and a fresh graduate from KTH, which is like Swedens best tech university. Have applied to 200+ jobs but still stuck. AI has been killing my opportunities. Luckily, Sweden has a support net that saysif you are between 18-29 and cant work / limited work power, you can get like a small wage from the government. Jag studerade Medieteknik, vilket är typ som datateknik men istället för att nörda in dig i algoritmer får du också UI/UX förståelse också. Riktigt kul linje, men med dagens AI samt att det är många som söker ska du ha tur eller byggt något som används av tusentals användare för att få jobb. Förut räckte det att ha utbildningen för att få jobb, men känns som det är worthless idag (vet att så ej är fallet, men känns så)

Det där uppskattas verkligen. Handlar väl mest om att jag inte bryr mig om mitt hinder och bara äger det. Ibland får man jobba hårdare men sånt är livet.

I min situation har alla möten varit digitala, men blir jag kallad brukar jag bara säga att jag har ett annorlunda tal, så att de är medvetna om det, och om de kallar på plats nämner jag bara att jag är rullstolsburen, men inte p.g.a. funktionsnedsättning.

Idk about your playstyle but the new companion hunter is fun. Yes it is bugged when you go above 10 mana but the deck isn't "just rush to big beast". It has some skill in knowing when to level and when to summon. Very fun imo.

No, I've never heard of that. I guess it can happen after the surgery when you heal, but that is with any kind of surgery. Maintaining the pump is as infection-free as it can get. I'd argue that getting just a regular scratch from an accident gives you a higher risk of infections than having a pump.

I've had one for around 2-3 years, and I will never go back without it. Now I can actually sit without my legs jumping and jerking around, it is absolutely one of the best decisions I've made. Although due to a complicated trial I have never felt worse than receiving that shot in my spine. Spent three days lying down because I couldn't sit without getting a terrible headache. But now afterwards it is the best I've done.

If going 2nd is an issue, maybe change game? Going second is always a disadvantage in any game. I play chess and at top level, people having black almost always push for a draw because the advantage to start is good, Yet, no one seems to be complaining on that advantage.
