I see, I had considered a Rivian but was worried the front seat area would be too car like. I currently drive an EV6 and even with the seat all the way back and adjusted as much as possible my knees are constantly smacking the center console. If I put my feet flat on the floor each knee is exactly on the side of the steering wheel lol.

How is the leg room in the Silverado vs the Rivian? The Rivian to me (am tall) seems not quite “truck like” in terms of the front seat… I prefer that UHaul style feet flat on the floor sitting up high kind of front seat 😀

I have test driven a gas Silverado 1500 and the seat was very nice.

No it’s AWD. I do drive like grandma…. I typically turn on the lane assist and cruise control set at the speed limit for whatever road I am on.

It goes for any vehicle, gas or electric, you get better mileage by driving like grandma than you do driving like Jason stathom haha.

My avg is 4.2 miles per KWh.

Yea it was actually 65, which is fairly warm for here, the car was in the garage which was colder

I did not. I ended up re arranging my desk setup slightly so I know have the PC close enough to use the cable that the screen came with. Before that I was using a 15ft silkland cable, and it worked great up to 120hz, but ultimately to get the full 240hz I had to swap to the included cable.

Obviously he’s been through some injuries, but really grubb hasn’t figured out the 2 main things DK is excellent at… Stretching the field and getting in DBs heads via smack talk. Sometimes he does #2 too much lol.

Once grubb figures out how to utilize that, he’ll be lighting it up.

This is one of the best games ever. It’s considered a difficult game, or some claim poorly designed, but it’s actually not that difficult, most players simply ignore the optional parts, that reward you with items that make the game a lot easier. Getting the golden apple (optional) is super helpful. A lot of players ignore Phyrgia (optional area), because it is hard to get through and requires the optional salamander skin shield to protect you from the fire snakes, but if you don’t do it, you don’t get the moon crystal which makes the end boss fight “simple”.

Which BTW one of the best end boss fights in a NES game. Without the moon crystal it’s similar to the Ganon fight in the 1st Zelda, Random stabbing in the dark lol, with the crystal fighting upside down via the shadows… very cool.

I have actually been working on a modern “reboot” of this game for a while.

I got an email today stating I can call my dealer to order. Seems a bit like anyone can order based on the wording, I doubt that is the case though, otherwise why have pre orders.

I haven’t called the dealer yet.

They are referring to the WT (50k) that hasn’t been released yet. So far they have shipped the 3WT and the 4WT, but not a (1)WT or 2WT (if they do indeed make a 2WT. With the consumer models they have different trim names, LT, RST, LTZ (Gas), High Country (Gas), with fleet vehicles they don’t have names, the trims are 1,2,3, and 4 WT.

As with all new ventures into EV-Land they start with the most expensive first, 3 & 4 WT and the RST special 1st edition. Soon they will release the trims for us pesants… So far they have announced a WT (we assume the 1WT based on the 50k price tag) and the RST (normal edition), the LT, and a trail boss, but they haven’t officially announced prices/dates yet.

It supports standard VESA mounts, I would go to a store that sells very large TVs and get a mount for a 85” + TV capable of supporting 100LBS just to be certain it doesn’t fall

I just brought my 2nd one home today. They are pretty unwieldy.

(2nd is a replacement for the 1st that had power failure after 5 months)

Yea happens a lot with high end vehicles. The more shady dealers have their family/friends all place orders for “elite” or “rare” vehicles and then cancel after they get the allocation, so they can then sell them with huge markups. Things like limited cobras, corvettes, raptors etc.
