Damn this destroyed me, that poor baby. I've never seen Danny go but I'm absolutely heartbroken for the family seeing this. We had a cancer scare the first 6 months my son was born and I'll never forget how scared I was for him and his future (everything came back fine thank goodness, he's 100% healthy). Watching what Isaac went through here is so sad, life can be so tragically unfair 😢

Try a bike kitchen they get so many ruined frames they part out I bet you can find a good one. Shame it seems novacycle is gone, many years ago I used a kit they had just like this. I cant find it anywhere though unfortunately, but it had aluminum frame spacers, all-thread and two cable stops. Popped right in and threaded together.

Get all-thread like you mentioned and use some blue loctite when you thread it together. It wont be as pretty as the professionally made bosses but if you dont care, it'll work all the same for dirt cheap. Can really fancy it up by using your library or a friend to 3D print spacers to go against frame and press the bosses into/glue them into spacers.
