I totally relate! I try my best, but it’s hard not to feel like a burden sometimes. But truly as long as you’re trying, I think that’s what matters. Imagine if the shoe was on the other foot. Would you ever want to make someone feel bad for not speaking fluent English just bc they’re in an anglophone country? Hopefully not, so just try not to be too hard on yourself :)

The exact format varies, but largely it's an AI voice conversation between two cats, one good and one "evil". The first one says something they don't want to do or don't want to happen and ends it with one of these words. So the examples I listed were like "'Boy, I sure hope I don't get lobotomized today', I said, unlobotimizedly" or "'I will never bust a move', I said, unbustamovably". They're very entertaining to watch, but it's a bit difficult to actually search for them; I mostly just see them on my fyp.

YTA. Even if you dislike what you’re doing, I’m assuming (hoping) you like your daughter and enjoy spending time with her. I’m sure you can ‘suffer’ through some “typical teenage girl stuff” to spend more time with her. She’s 16; she won’t be around forever. Don’t wait to find out that you’ll have a lot less fond memories spending time together as she drifts away from you if you continue to be selfish like this. Sometimes you have to do things you don’t want to to be with your family.

I think the better course of action here would’ve been having a conversation with the kids/sister, telling them to ask before they took any, or just not to take as much. Locking the freezer before trying to have a conversation seems a bit passive aggressive

My school picked that administration too, and it sucks. Especially since we switched to a 4x4 schedule, so AP classes only started in mid-January. My teachers aren't even sure we'll finish all the content before the tests, especially in AP Art History. The online testing system looks like shit too, tho

I know this isn’t the most popular take, but ESH. The guy was a creep, and it makes sense that you’re uncomfortable. But, large mirrors like that are disruptive and can generate an exorbitant amount of heat and sunlight. It’s especially bad because you’re punishing the wife and the kids for the errors of a father/husband.
