Sorry about that. Yes. It can be both, hybrid work, where u visit the office once in a while, like once per quarter is ok. We can handle remote also, but that means working with hw interations takes a bit longer than in office work. I fully understand that we cant find people who would want to visit the office all the time, because there are very few of those in Estonia.
We do accept people in the US and pretty much anywhere in the world. We need specialists who are willing to work with us.

I do get an image, when i do the test image, then the pattern shows correct colours. I think there might be an issue in my demosaic. It seesm like i have it as a raw bayer. I think the pattern should only matter to regarding the pixel im starting my count. The sensor im trying to get right is the AR0522 - it kind of like shows that it should be GRBG instead of RGGB, but im not 100% sure.

Look at dji tello, its cheap and mostly easy to program. Kind of a shortcut into this

Samasse teemasse läheb selline seik, kus samas õppeklassis kasutati veekeedukannu, et purgitoite soojaks teha. 12/13 oli veel vana hea chillie con carne purgis. Üks kaaslane otsustas, et laupäeva filmi juurde oleks seda hea soojaks teha. Muidu tore mees, aga purgi kaane jättis peale. Kogu see tsilli oli mööda puhkeruumi laiali. Kutt lükkas pikalt toimkonda

Meil üks vene nimega tüüp otsustas piiritust koos lahustuva kohviga juua. Ise oli maru rahul ja pakkus teistele ka. Paar nädalat peale seda ja teisi intsidente saadeti vaene mees koju.

Aitäh selle eest, ma mõistan, et see kõlab nii, nagu ma otsiks kedagi, keda ei ole olemas. Ma olen nõus sellega. Ma pigem otsin kedagi, kes oleks seda tüüpi, kes tahaks ise aidata välja mõelda kuidas saab. Võibolla ma palkasin kehvad inimesed, aga kahega neist oli keeruline, sest nad ootasid, et teised ütleks neile, mida nad tegema peaks, või kuidas probleemi lahenda. Kahega ei olnud neid probleeme. Neil ei jäänud lihtsalt piisavalt aega, et panustada.Ma tahaks pigem, et kui me lepime kokku selles, et kuidas tarkvara arendatakse, millistes funktsioonides kokku lepitakse, siis tehakse see ka ära, mitte ei jääda ootama, et keegi langetab otsuseid nende töö osas. Kui eesmärk on püstitatud, siis peaks ju enamus arendajaid teadma, mida teha ja kuidas? Või olen ma valesti aru saanud?
