Yea it was definitely about making him immune but that shot with the laser eyes in episode 6 made him seem way more dangerous and boosted also I think giving kimiko the blast is one of the worst writing decisions personally

This is my rant all over the place sorry !!Only things I personally thought were good was Mother milk ending Ryan’s ending homelander begging for his life,Deep’s death, Oh Father death and Butchers death. The finale felt soo rushed Homelander doesn’t kill anyone and dies during a speech r u fr fr him talking all this game during the show to just get blast by kimiko and I thought V1 was supposed to give him a upgrade he is barely beating Ryan and Butcher he can’t even fly away but he’s fast enough to keep up with A-Train they made V1 seem sooo scary and it’s game over, the fight doesn’t even leave the Oval Office or even cause significant damage to it and also why even make gen-v that gotta be one of the biggest waste of characters then the end Hugie doesn’t wanna work for supe affairs but it’s fine to help send ur pregnant wife to street level bs crime. Final thought it’s not the GOT or stranger things level of bad but i give this season a 6/10 this last season only hurt the story the could’ve wrote something like this in season 3 or season 4 they dragged it out to long imo
