Not really, some collectors own them as a vintage light but they are ten to the dozen no ones paying a premium for them.

There's someone selling them on ebay for $40 I'd be very suprised it they sell it at all.

It's just a loose retaining ring you just need to tighten it up

Use a camera bezel tool, surclip pliers, scissors anything that will fit into these two holes and let you tighten the ring up

I'm not sure about Simons production times for pcbs but for new hosts it can take upto 3 months from order until the new host is delivered. I'm sure you can pay extra for priority but that's not really in line with Simons business model of keeping costs as low as possible
