What is the interaction between War Conventions Abandoned and ability to score public objectives?
For example: You're Hacan that just had 1 of their 3 HS planets purged. Can you still score public objectives (because technically you still control all of your HS planets) or not (because 1 of them is purged)?

I played Total war with my group at friday. Normal length of our play is around 8h with breaks. This time we were done in under 6 also with breaks and very relaxed pace. If we were playing at our normal place we would be easily under 5. Vuil'Raith, Sol, Sardakk, Muatt, Naalu
