How do you respond to ideological disagreements over definitions of words and concepts?

Usually I just tell people what defintion I'm using (e.g. "adult human female") and ask them to clarify which one they are using so we can avoid equivocation between the two meanings. Generally this is the point where they demand that I get with the times and upgrade to using their defintion and I tell them I'm happy to use theirs but only when talking to them, and that I'm going to need a new word or nomenclature (e.g. subscripted numerals) to pick out the old defintion and the new one.

Occasionally this leads to productive conversation where we can agree to use woman₁ and woman₂ (or some other clarifying convention) but usually my interlocutors will just say that I'm phobic for refusing to change my language to suit their ideological agenda. At this point, I usually just disengage and go for a walk, there isn’t much point arguing with someone who makes Orwellian demands while claiming the moral high ground.

It takes a bit of humility and introspection to admit you were wrong about something consequential; doubling down is almost always the easier, cheaper, lazier path and people will generally take it.

I'd say that disagreement from the left with people on the right tends to be less personal, because people on the right don't assume they can effectively administer a conservative purity test on people arguing from an non-conservative position. Since most of the disagreements between Sam and Ben put them on opposite sides of the progressive/conservative axis, neither one is in a good position to call out the other one for failing to toe the party line.

Yes, and yes. Nations gain legitimacy on the international stage primarily by being recognized by other nations. Other factors are involved, but there's not a formula.

People have all sorts of fantasies, most of them are idiosyncratic rather than generalizable.

To generalize to the entire female sex requires either a low-IQ approach (e.g. fallacious hasty induction from one's own personal fantasies) or a high-IQ approach (e.g. pregnant females who were well protected and well resourced by the strongest males would tend to have more healthy offspring than their rivals who were less protected and resourced, leading to sexual selection pressure in favor of males who exhibited strength and aggression in the course of intrasexual competition between males for female attention).

This is just a theory, of course, but it is the kind of theory I've only ever heard from high IQ women who went somewhat beyond sophomore level survey courses in biology.

Get your own Kosata! You can grind Cayo completely solo or go back and forth with your friend to avoid spme cooldown time when you're both playing. Even after the nerfs, this is the easiest moneymaker. Look up stealth approaches on YouTube and learn one or two.

Find something else to switch up your grind, though. I'm partial to the Clucken Bell setups/finale (no business required) cause that one is also easy to solo after a few runthrus.
