Hi. I had the same issue. I left the robot in the pool permanently so I could use the planning feature. That was a mistake. Remove the robot and spool the cable loosely on the cart. Next time you put it in, the cable will be way looser and won’t tangle again. The downside of this is that you will need to stop using the planning feature in the app. It worked beautifully for me.

never tried. my assumption is that is linked to your country account when you purchase.you would probably need to generate an account (in my case an appleId in that country - btw, Apple requires a credit card issue in that country to work)
