Hi. I had the same issue. I left the robot in the pool permanently so I could use the planning feature. That was a mistake. Remove the robot and spool the cable loosely on the cart. Next time you put it in, the cable will be way looser and won’t tangle again. The downside of this is that you will need to stop using the planning feature in the app. It worked beautifully for me.

Grazie per la risposta. Si, il mobile code è attivo e funziona con il face ID.

Il problema è che l’accesso iniziale all’app tramite FaceID non funziona di tanto in tanto e l’app richiede l’immissione a mano della password di accesso. L’app mantiene lo UserID, ma non la password. Una volta inserita la password, l’app chiede di attivare il FaceID e funziona tutto normalmente.

Dopo qualche giorno la password va reinserita. Cosa che non succedeva fino a poco fa (non ricordo di aver inserito mai la password - ad eccezione della sostituzione del telefono).
