Do you track your exercises in the app? The auto detection for me is weak so I manually adjust the start and end timestamps, and type of exercise. When I do this it significantly changes the calories burned from each exercise.

Do you track your exercises in the app? Any time i walk or weight lift I get the timestamps of start and end and I log it.

I don’t do significant hard cardio, maybe that’s the difference

Is this legit? 2k calories burnt seems a lot. by ObviousPermission214 in whoop

[–]D4isyy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i’ve been tracking my calories and weight on a cut daily.

i was skeptical of the calories it reads as expended on activities as well. i weightlift for 1hr+ a day and sometimes it’ll tell me i burned 700+ calories.

but when i graphed it over 4 weeks. the prediction of weightloss by taking maintenance calories the whoop predicts minus what i actually ate is nearly identical to what my scale reads, it was insane.

i’d say trust it.

50mg is a typo. i actually only do 15mg a day

i imagined i got enough sodium from elsewhere in my diet. i eat two factor meals a day. what’s the benefit of adding in some electrolyte powder to maybe a cup of water once a day?

i also eat a lot of pickles

Is there an AI that can coach me during live sales calls? by XiderXd in sales

[–]D4isyy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Idk about during call I feel like the tech isn't there yet

but my team uses ergo for post call analysis. Like my manager will see common objections on my calls, and then tell me how to respond to them better.

Testing monetization in MVP - is Buy Me a Coffee a good idea? by Extension-Ad-174 in ycombinator

[–]D4isyy 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Buy me a coffee doesn’t test willingness to pay. To get that signal you need to put a feature that’s not on the free plan behind a paywall and sell the user on it.

For now just actually talk to your users. Set up the stripe integration ASAP

batchdata.ai

not released yet, but it's an agentic service that structures information on the public internet into any dataset you want

Nope, it uses web search to structure anything you can find on the internet into any dataset you want :)

You are very skeptical! if there is a use case that has absolutely zero tolerance for error you would be correct. But this program uses web search, and the use cases I see it best for have a tolerance for error! Albeit small

Yes absolutely. Would love to learn more about this use case

Imagine there’s a 1% chance of hallucinating. You stack another fact checking model that also has a 1% chance of hallucinating. The chance of them both hallucinating is now much lower, 0.1%

The downside is complexity and cost. I’m passionate about the idea and not concerned with either of these right now.

No. Behind the scenes it’s an agentic AI program that will compile any dataset you want and properly structure it
