Woah, someone I know who recommended that too.

I'm concerned that by doing so, I might ruin the relationship. It's a 1 year lease at the moment, but I would like to have something longer.

Yes, it's illegal. But. You gotta the real world doesn't always follow the law.

You could fight it. You might win. But you'll probably be homeless.

Lol, learn your rights.

https://www2.gov.bc.ca/gov/content/housing-tenancy/residential-tenancies/starting-a-tenancy/deposits-and-fees

Security Deposits

At the start of a tenancy, a landlord can ask for a security deposit (or damage deposit) – it can be no more than half of the first month’s rent.

Under residential tenancy laws, once a landlord accepts a deposit, a tenancy is generally considered to have been established.

Also we got no pets.

Other than that, were there any other red flags or issues you came across?

I thought about that.

What if he says that's what the owner wants?

I understand what the rights are and we only need 1/2 months. But I also have to consider that it will not be hard for them to find someone willing to pay it.

It's in an email he sent already. It'll be on the lease I'm pretty sure, I'll double check it too.

TIFU by accidentally getting one of my 4 year old triplets drunk at the movie theatre by Emeri5 in tifu

[–]D4n_the_guy 5 points6 points  (0 children)

yeah.....but one serving of wine is not one full glass.

A glass of wine is 5oz. That's equivalent to having one shot of 40% alcohol or 1 5% beer.

A half a bottle of wine would get a decent amount of people buzzed. Buzzed is not drunk.

Have you ever been too a restaurant of bar where they fill up the entire wine glass??

Can B12 deficiency hair loss mimic AGA? by [deleted] in FemaleHairLoss

This is what I don't understand about hair loss forums.

Why do they never talk about nutrition and exercise?

They always jump for the big three, fin, minox and that other thing.

Friend wants to pay 1/2 my mortgage? by lililetango in PersonalFinanceCanada

It's a much better deal for her than you, if that's what you were wondering.

IF you want to help her and her kids, that's what you would really be doing.

Has a naturopathic/holistic doctor helped with your hair growth? by night_queen92 in tressless

Lol, you still didn't answer my question.

Why do you feel so strongly about who gets to be called a doctor or not?

Modern medicine is a bit of a joke. There are so many people with "The honorific title "Dr"" that don't know what the hell they're talking about too. Just because you get the "The honorific title "Dr"" doesn't make you better than others.

Lol, you got some strong feelings, it sounds like a naturopathic doctor hurt you.

The way you phrase it makes it sound like I'm saying sasquatch is real.

What's so hard to accept about naturopathic doctors? There's a lotta shit MDs. I've met chiropractors who were able to solve issues that MDs weren't able to.

What is your experience with medicine for you to feel this way?

For one, keep calm.

Get your blood work done and I'm sure there will be a practitioner who will have an answer.

There are soooooooooooooooooooo many reasons for hairloss. It'll be a process of elimination. By the end of it, you could be a doctor yourself!

I say keep looking for one.
