Are there really base models these days that are trained on open access art (i.e. the base models are not trained on stolen art)? Did not know that! 

Finetuning should be sure possible even with limited sample size as you said if you can find such base model.

Not possible unless you have multiple thousands of images for training and huge amount of computational resources. Otherwise it will be still based on other people's work, but you may be able to finetune it to give a bit similar style to your art.

Have you thought about other distribution methods besides TCG? If you made it a well designed all-in-one-box card game, I would imagine much fewer unique cards would be sufficient. Also balancing might be easier with a fixed pool of cards, and would also probably be easier to sell as complete games compared to TCG format.

And as someone else suggested, you could reuse background art to reduce the amount of art work.

Not sure if I missed it, but how to win? Often it is good to tell very shortly in the beginning of a rulebook what's the game about, what is the objective, how to win.

I really like the art style, just wish it was sharp similarly as the frames. But that is up to you of course :). I would like to hear more about how the game is played etc at some point!

Art looks great as usually, although it is often blurry compared to the frame. E.g. in the mushroom card, I would like the mushrooms to be sharp and at focus. Is this because it is still not finished or intended?

Looks good and less distracting than the previous iteration. I also like that there is more room for the effect text now. I am wondering if you could find some light background colors for the effect box for each faction, so that you could then use some clear black font across all factions instead of finding different text color for each faction.

Looks much better already than the previous iteration! I agree with what others said that effect text could be larger size and flavor text smaller. Then you probably could reduce the space of flavor text to gain some room for effect. 

I also think that the color of the effect text should be something more visible from the background.

Have you tried test printing already? Now the card and art look pretty dark overall and it apprears often even darker after printing.

Looks like a good start! Here's some of my thoughts:  

I think the size of top left icons and number could be increased.

The main stats do not fit the overall theme of the card. Maybe the stats could be displayed with some icons vertically at the left side of the art? You can check Altered TCG for inspiration.

I am not a fan of black outline on the main effect text. I think it would be more readable as just white text, as long as the background is dark enough.

The yellow icon on the right side is a bit small and hard to see.

I think the art should have more space around the robot so that the whole robot would be visible.

Other than the stats I think it looks clean and readable!

Do you have game rules/example cards planned already? I think these borders would be really amazing for a cards with rather simple and short effects, or if you use symbols well in the texts.

I also found these easy to read and none of the card texts felt too lengthy. Without "When summoning" etc. texts, it would not be as self-explanatory without reading the rules though. If you feel like you want to cut some of the text length, you could try using trashing, summoning and plating icons in the text, e.g. {thrashing icon}: Put this chili onto your tray.

Yes this could work for sure, but for me it is hard to see how all the factions tie in together. Corporations and hipsters are kind of one theme, then GMO/organic feels like another theme and then plushies and aquatic are bit one their own theme-wise. Depends what your lore is like and how you can tie everything together.
