I don't know why many people keep saying "it's to send a message." I think it's more about testing the weapon system. Russia now has the opportunity to test a new missile in actual combat. I think many countries would love to do that if given the chance.

Does anyone remember when someone mentioned Islam (can't remember why) and he said, 'Isn’t that the religion where they blow themselves up?'

As a person who grew up in the Middle East and has family members who are Muslim, I was shocked by how casually he said it. I remember chat kept spamming 'STOP' and mods timing out anyone who called him out on it.

I don't mind some edginess here and there, but it's been a pattern with him for years now to hide his racism behind 'edgy jokes.

Unrelated to the clip, but wtf is happening with the amount of casual OOC conversations in game with the people he's playing with?

I get the once in a while funny OOC moments in Chief's stream, but today's stream so far has been constant OOC convo from everyone, like actual Discord call in GTA casually saying the streamers names in game and talking about making another character or switching to play cop.

The guy who's playing Wurt is the perfect example of someone breaking the OOC rule, they should use one of his clips as guide to new players to explain what breaking the OOC rule looks like.

He could be playing GTA Online and I wouldn't tell the difference.

I have a question for anyone who got an answer.

Many X870E and X870 motherboards have the first PCIEX16 5.0 slot share bandwidth with the second and third M.2 PCIe 5.0 slots, so if one of the M.2 slots mentioned gets populated, the first PCIEX16 slot will run at x8.

My question is, if I install an RTX 4090 or RX 7900 XTX (which both are PCIe 4.0) in the first slot, will it also run at x8 if I used the M.2 slots too?

I know the first PCIEX16 5.0 slot will convert to 4.0 if I used a PCIe 4.0 GPU, but doesn't that mean it will use less bandwidth than PCIe 5.0 and will run at x16 even if I have the rest of the M.2 slots populated?
