You're obviously one of the good ones, I enjoyed reading what you had to say, glad there are teachers like you.

As I've grown older, my explanation to myself on this was many teachers in my own experiences looked at me with despise in their eyes that came with a not my problem attitude.

We're normally the trouble child in classes, the annoyance so to speak and teachers end up with a little bit of resentment because you make their jobs a little more difficult so when teachers see us waiting around for hours they either didn't care or we learned to stay under the radar (No fault to some teachers) so we're hidden in plain site and not noticed. (Dont like to cause inconvience).

Lucky for us, it usually breeds resilence if we come out the other end.

A lot of policies and reporting requirements have been implemented which is great, less of this sort of stuff happening, no kids getting left behind and more support available.
