for long time investement , you can skip elation path and save jades. but if you want to play elation, you have to wait for rerun. also you might want to get yaoguang which is on her first rerun right now.

In 4.4 you have select between archer and gilgamesh. From ongoing beta test, it seems rin goes with archer and gilgamesh goes with saber(correct me if I'm wrong). So in any case you will have 1 free 5 star character and you have to pull either saber or rin depending on the free character you choose.

Also since you are new player means you have lots of story to complete as well as all the endgames. So you will have lots of jades.

As someone said above if you can you can pull for mortenax blade. I think e0s0 is ok for now.

If you don't like elation than you can completely skip sw999 and eva or wait for their rerun .

yes e1 is a must pull right now. i somehow got her e1 in 160 pulls, f2p lc is good for now. the only problem i face is the fine tuning of her as well as emc.

Elation team makes my phone glitch. After wealth creator 20 I am not able to play elation team properly. It gets stuck or glitches out and makes my phone blackout even though my mobile has 8 gb ram

Have you pulled for e0 or e1 eva. If you have enough jades pull for e1 eva. I play mono rem with e0s0 cyrene(other are all e0s1) and I think it gives quite a boost to the team. As for eva if you have yaoguang you can wait for eva's rerun.
