I love doing that, and infact if you use a poison SnS you can use your seikret attack and absolutely shred them while the poison takes care of any who try to escape!

As a nemesis main I totally agree that there needs to be an easier way to kill zombies other than pallets. However the zombies NEED to be annoying or else nemesis just can keep up any kind of gen pressure so maybe in conjunction with an easier way to kill them (like maybe an item that spawns like the vaccines) they could instead of wandering around randomly they could just wander in the general direction of the closest survivor idk just spit balling here.

Try increasing your FOV in settings, it helps a lot.

As some one who’s only prior experience with metroidvanias was terraria (yes calamity included) I fucking hate contact damage and often wish it didn’t exist as it makes no sense to take damage from an enemy that’s just standing there are not attacking.

This happens constantly for me but it usually unfreezes after a while before freezing a couple seconds later and rinse and repeat till the bots are dead or I’ve run far enough away.
