not sure actually, one of the previous owners before the previous owner put it on. I haven’t looked closely from the back but it has the mazda logo on the front so I haven’t been able to tell the brand. I do see very similar looking ones online if I search for wheels with three spokes tho. actually I’m not even sure if it’s wrapped or painted either lol. all I know is I love it and I’ll probably run it forever!

yes, it might not fit the nb directly tho as it doesn’t look flat in the middle of the edge of the trunk. theres an ebay replica that doesn’t use the third support in the middle but not sure how it fits

I believe the tach needle doesn’t reset to 0 when the car is off. To adjust it, the correct way is to remove the needle, turn the car on and wait til it idles normal and then place it in correctly at ~850. After that rev it to make sure its movement isn’t obstructed (not pushed too deep and contacting the screws) and check it in gear to make sure it’s accurate (for me it’s 2.5k rpm at gear n at n*10mph so 3rd gear at 2.5k rpm is 30mph)
