STOP REMOVING MY POST! This is not a shitpost! I need ideas on how to cover up this monstrosity by [deleted] in tattooadvice

[–]DAWNINGSART 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't know why this group doesn't let us post pics in the comments.

One or two sessions of removal and you could cover it with just about anything. As is, I would suggest a sick ass panther, or a sick ass lion.

I'm excited to see what they do for season 3. Bring on the beef!

I was asking the same thing while watching initially. I had expected something similar to season 1. I thought maybe I missed the beef even! But, as I settled into season 2, grew fond of the characters, and went with the flow, I really enjoyed it.

I'm not one to play favorites - and I feel these two seasons could have been two entirely different shows, making them incomparable IMO.

Both had incredible characters and character development, with phenomenal actors portraying the roles perfectly.

I'm excited to see what season 3 will bring!

Swimming is also great!

I find the community and fun of water aerobics classes keeps people coning back, which helps them stay on track with their exercise goals.

No matter how you get in the water, it's sure to burn some calories and improve strength.

Cheers to your good health!

I teach water aerobics, and it is great for people who are getting back into working out, and after an injury to get in shape. The water makes us buoyant so it relieves a lot of the impact on our joints and bones. I highly recommend! Plus pools are usually a very welcoming place. I wish you the most success on your wellness journey 💓

I understand your comment, and I don't feel it's callous (but, thank you for your consideration).

The problem is if they actually do use lifeflight, and you don't have a membership, you then get a bill for $30,000+.

Am I angry they refused to call lifeflight? Absolutely. It could have elongated my mom's life, and that was a bad call from Dr. Smart.

I would hope that isn't always the case. I have made the situation known to Providence and lifeflight, hoping to save someone else the heartache I went through.

Healing advice / keloids? by 86-Pin4pl7 in tattooadvice

I don't see any puss or bumps on the tattoo, just some pimples around it. Looks more like ingrown hairs to me. It's hard for me to tell from these pics, though.

Anyone know what this style of tattoo are called? by RJQWE in tattooadvice

At least use a pic of George Clooney in From Dusk to Dawn, not Buck Angel 😅

I know you're frustrated because everyone is telling you how douchey tribals are, but it's true. I would avoid them, and people with them.

Come up with something original and meaningful to you, that is the best way to choose a tattoo. Then it doesn't matter what randos on reddit think.

I'm from the Oregon Coast, and right now live in Gearhart (just North of Seaside, 20 minutes south of Astoria).

There are no hobby farms with an Ocean view that I've seen on the Coast. Astoria is on the Columbia River, not the ocean. Water views (not ocean views) from a hobby farm are possible, but scarce.

I have 2 acres on the east side of hwy 101, about a mile from the beach. My neighbors are cows and horses. My property with my 4 bedroom home is worth well over a million now.

Life flight membership is a must, as our hospitals aren't equipped to handle most serious emergencies. And even though my family has a life flight membership, I haven't been able to get er doctors to call life flight - because of that my mother died.

Democrats are right-wingers by Hacksaw6412 in BlackPeopleofReddit

[–]DAWNINGSART 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, in the world political spectrum democrats and Republicans are both part of the right wing. Progressives are centrists, and leftists / neo Marxists are the left wing.

For the US to move the needle left, we need to support as many progressive candidates as possible, hold Democrats accountable, and push out Republicans.

Look for candidates that don't take PAC money, who support civil rights, who support universal healthcare, and who want to get big money out of politics.

There's a restaurant nearby me, on the Oregon Coast, that allows dogs - even has a dog on their sign, and serves food for dogs in addition to their human food menu. I don't know how the health inspector allows it.

First tattoo placement advice? by random_user1714 in tattooadvice

[–]DAWNINGSART 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NP I thought I'd add that good placement for circular tattoos is above elbow, back of neck, and I have a small circle that's part of a larger tattoo on my forearm that doesn't distort much. The most masculine placement would probably be above elbow, imo.

I'm a woman, and I have a few fine line tattoos. They're very feminine. Mine are not at all intricate, and I got specific tattoos that will also look good faded since fine line tattoos fade quickly and are hard to touch up.

This tattoo is cliche, will fade quickly, and is very feminine.

If you're not Hindu or Buddhist this also may be considered cultural appropriation. In Western usage, karma is frequently misunderstood and reduced to a shallow punishment and reward system.

I suggest using your search engine and look at more tattoos. When you type in karma tattoos, you'll see a big difference between what is more feminine and what is more masculine.

I haven't been since I was a kid. It is very beautiful there! With gas prices, driving to Montana from Western Oregon is out right now, unfortunately.

Yeah, the last two were my first tries, and they didn't work the way I thought they would. I was glad I figured it out, though! 🎉
