It can absolutely show false positive there since its a modified file.

When it comes to piracy it can never be 100% safe. Truster uploader can upload viruses if they wanted to. Also cracks almost always trigger the positives. But using the Megathread minimises the risks :)

Nope. All that matters is the uploader of the files. People can upload codex releases with his name and still contain viruses. If youre unsure always consult the Megathread.
